Last month we looked at different locations in Wales you can visit with your favourite furry friends.

This month we are looking at the many places to visit in England.

Dartmoor National Park where there is plenty to explore and see. The majority of places within Dartmoor are more than happy for you to bring your dogs along.

Breath taking scenery of South West England – Cornwall. Cornwall has a variety of different places where you and your furry friend can dine. Places you will not want to leave, with plenty of beaches to explore. Cornwall has some hidden treasures for you to find.

Bath, Somerset, may not be a place you would think of going for a few nights away with your dog. Although bath accommodates for our four legged friends and has some great suggestions in the link below , with many places to discover. Bath is a unique historical place full of beauty and worth a stay.

Cambridge - You can take in the natural beauty of the city before having some lunch at one of the many dog friendly restaurants. You can take your dog with you while you go Punting or explore the old Abby together.

Peak District - -Where you can explore the great out-doors or visit the beautiful shops. There are many picturesque walks throughout the Peak district with woodland walks, explore the cable cart at the Heights of Abraham and Matlock Bath. How many dogs can say they have been on a cable cart. It’s not for everyone or every dog but there is a lot more to see and do, you can read for your selves by clicking the link.

The Lake District is one of the places that everyone has heard of, with it’s wide range of activities and over 3,000 kilometres to explore. The lake district has a wide range of open space for all dog lovers to enjoy from the Windermere Lake Cruise to walking round Muncaster Castle Gardens.Visit the Lake District for a combination of different activities from cycling the paths to being able to stargaze in the most secluded darkest parts of the whole of the UK. Over 15 million people visit the Lake District every year, it is one of the places to put on your bucket list to visit.
